Four Christmases is an underrated Christmas movie. Everyone has their traditional favorites so that can be a tough sub genre to crack into, but this movie has done it for me.

Zack and Miri Make a Porno is an underrated comedy from the 2010ish timeframe

“Half-Baked”

Dave Chappelle’s first movie. Very enjoyable, well written, by Chappell himself. Several cameos by celebrities throughout the movie.

Not even close.

He was awesome in RH:Men in Tights in 1993, and also had a pretty big part in Con Air in 1997. Half Baked was in 1998.

Half Baked is awesome, however.

TLDR / Dark City is criminally underrated, and was an unfortunate victim of Hollywood frickery/ theft.

ETA: Also this would explain why The Matrix sequels were so bad and why every single movie The Wachowski's have done has sucked. They are a one hit wonder, and their one hit is a ripoff.

This. I always thought the matrix ripped dark city off.

the Matrix wasn't that revolutionary b/c of its story. it was just the first really well done cyber punk movie. the music, visuals, sound, etc. are what set it apart. the reasons the sequels sucked is b/c the movie should have ended with 1. there aren't many good sequel opportunities when you think about it

The Nice Guys with Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe. Legit one of the funniest movies I've seen in a long time

Apocalypto was a good movie with pretty solid reviews, but it doesn't get talked about all that much. I think this is at least partly due to the fact that it was almost never available to stream.

I think Guy Pearce is the most underrated actor with the most underrated movies of all time. Saw Memento earlier.

I’ll submit The Proposition and Ravenous.

Oh and Road to Perdition was a great call earlier.
