I guess i'm not a 90's kid despite spending ages 6-15 in the 90's b/c i only watched one of the 37 shows listed.

Animaniacs at C tier is as bad an opinion as I've heard in a long time. Animaniacs is S tier, and arguably the single best show listed in that chart.

Doug as A tier is off as well and should be S tier. Drop TMNT and Captain Planet down a peg and Spongebob completely since it's not "90s."

Personally I’d put Mister Sinister over Apocalypse.

I like Sinister and all, but the way the animated series presented Apoclypse was just the best, most awesome (in the true sense of the word) villain. The way he thought himself a god was what made him even more scary.

Ren & Stimpy, and CatDog way too low.
Captain planet way too high. Hey Arnold could drop down a tier. Never was a big fan.

Darkwing and Animaniacs mid pack and Tiny Toons Adventures in the bottom tier are fricking jokes as well. Overall pretty terrible list.

The Tick and Tiny Tunes are A tier show, B at the least.

Captain fricking Planet as A? That shite was awful.

Was I the only kid that watched and loved Dinosaucers?

But on the list my faves would be TMNT, x-men, Animaniacs.

Also, I dug Chip & Dale's Rescue Rangers.

No that show was amazing. But wasn't it the 80s?

Hey Arnold had some really good drama and subtlety to it. I think it’s A Tier, doesn’t spoon feed kids, and gives them harsh lessons early on. Helga is one of the best animated characters of the 90s and I do think helped some kids in abusive environments cope with their bullshite.

Per my original post so is TMNT. Another one on the list is 89 which probably counts.

But TMNT being 87, opens it up for Duck Tales too.

Guess I was too old for most of those, I did watch some Ren and Stimpy and Sponge Bob. I see Beavis and Butt-head is missing.

Animaniacs is way, way, way too low.

That show worked on levels I had no idea about when I watched it as a kid. I always hated the stupid pigeon sketches and counted the minutes until they were done when I watched it back then. But I sat down to watch the show with my kids recently and realized that the pigeons are actually a parody of Goodfellas. Like, you won't get the majority of jokes in those sketches unless you have seen that movie. What kind of lunatic makes a kids' show that requires you to have seen a violent, profane, very much R-rated movie about mobsters in order to get it?

The kind of lunatics who made Animaniacs, apparently. The good kind of lunatics. to them!

Haven’t thought about that show probably since it last aired, but dang it if the theme song didn’t still pop into my head.

They had a badass Super Nintendo game as well.

Also Rocket Power is too low on the rankings. Animaniacs as well.

Whoever put Ren & Stimpy and Animaniacs/Pinky and the Brain in C tier can meet me at Sonic

ETA: but the Sonic cartoon would deserve C, maybe D tier
