at minimum can we agree Sponge Bob, while debuting in 99, is not a 90's kids cartoon?

The B tier has some good ones with Gargoyles, X-Men, and The Pirates of Dark Water.

That's terrible.

Batman TAS stands alone at S+

S is probably Turtles, Doug, Animaniacs, TTA

A Spongebob, Rugrats, Darkwing Duck, X-Men, Gargoyles

Also needs Beetlejuice which was very much in the TTA/Animaniacs pop-culture art vein. Not as good, but good enough to be on this list.

Also have to be careful, Turtles premiered in 87, and so did Duck Tales. Either Turtles is not on the list or we need to add Duck Tales way up as well. Per the Spongebob problem as well.

I watched Rugrats pretty regularly back in the day and I'm still not sure why I liked it. I don't have any desire to watch it again either.

TMNT, Batman TAS, X-men are all very rewatchable today.

Batman Beyond at a lower tier is a joke.

magic school bus is also too high. It was solid for when your teacher in 3rd grade popped it on to get out of teaching science class that day...but otherwise I wasn't watching that shite on a Saturday morning

I find that with a lot of the Nick shows, honestly.

Doug is the only one that really continues to stand out.

Most of the big network shows were just better. Like I mentioned, Beetlejuice was hella smart in that Animaniacs vibe. Way better than most of the Nick shows.

lame arse toys too who wants an action figure of some random asian girl in a jacket?

There's a show that would have had the "everything is woke" now crowd pissed off

Garbage ranking.

S: Batman TAS, Hey Arnold
A: Rocko's Modern Life, Animaniacs, X-Men
B: Cow & Chicken, Tiny Town Adventures, Dexter's Lab, Angry Beavers

Any ranking that doesn't even include 2 Stupid Dogs is totally illegitimate.

Get that Rugrats shite out of here.

James Bond Jr. (solid, decently underrated)
Spider-Man
Reboot
ProStars

Not to mention Pinky and the Brain was a part of Animaniacs and they have it as a separate show.

Absolute garbage list. X-Men should be at the top, though I admit I haven't seen much of Batman. The Spiderman animated show on Fox isn't even on there. They also need to specify kids' cartoons because not having Beavis and Butthead or King of the Hill is a major fail as well.
