He didn’t have his own gauntlet back on Titan.

In IW, Thor arriving in Wakanda got a huge audience reaction in my theater. Same last night for Spider Man, Black Panther, and especially Cap with Mjolnir. But when Carol came back from space to disable the warship, I think it was meant to have the same "Thor feel" of awe. No one in my theater made a peep. Seriously, she's just an awful actress and so wooden. If they go forward with her as the face of MCU, it'll die a slow death.

i guess what I was a little disappointed was that after everyone came back, that Thor didn't seek out Jane Foster and have the life he desired with her. but i do hope he is in the next Guardians movie - cause it would be super interesting to see what Gunn can with him as a foil to Quill.

we need an Asgardians of the galaxy movie with Korg also on the ship yesterday.

I stayed until the end of the credits even though I knew it was just the sound of Tony hammering to build his first suit. A good amount of other people stayed, but obviously they were expecting a scene. As soon as the screen went black there was a collective moan.

My thought is it was a nanotech gauntlet that when Tony touched it the stones were moved by the nanotech to his gauntlet.

Has it been explained out the second snap didn’t work and the stones magically appeared on Tony?

I'll give it an 8.5/10. One of the better super hero movies of all time.
I didnt like it as much as IW. Other than the early death of Thanos, it was fairly predictable. At least what I was expecting.
It was a really good conclusion to IM and CA's story. Well at least white Capt America.

Probably because Jane Foster sucks

It was required slower burn for the storytelling to bring it to a close, and as a result isn’t as fun as IW. I can’t really fault it for that.
The hamfisted tine travel rules however I can.
Unless I misheard from the Sorcerer Supreme, universe spin off into alternate realities occur with transit of the stones in and out of it.
Cool. I can get that. Fits with the MCU stone history and ups the stakes to see it through.
So where did Loki go, and how do they play a part in future events? How does his catalyst from his imprisonments starting converting him from chaotic evil to chaotic neutral then to chaotic good happen? His reconnecting with his brother over their mother’s death. Or more importantly, how does the space stone get returned?
Ditto with 2014 Thanos getting snapped, thus removing them from the timeline and removing the original snap in the first place.
The wizard was wrong perhaps?
Nope because there is Old Man Rogers sitting on the bench, proving its all the same universe.
Like I said, hamfisted. They make up rules and world building and immediately ignore them.

My guess (and I just thought of it as I read your question) is that he's the kid who helped him in IM3.
quote:it was decent but disappointing following IW. I can re watch IW multiple times. i dont think i will be able to rewatch this multiple times.
aw the movie last night, it was great but not as good as IW.
quote:but but but there are people saying that you are melting if you talk about this!.
When the GPM (Girl Power Moment, it's a working title) happened, the wife told me later it was all she could do to not yell out "WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO? MAKE HIM A SANDWICH?"
That scene was so gratuitous and forced that it took me completely out of what was otherwise a truly epic battle. If they had done it with just one, two or three other females then that would have been one thing as it would have felt more organic. But ALL of the female leads/supports just happening to be close enough in this massive and chaotic conflict to band together like that?
A woman who truly feels equal doesn't need to make grand declarations like that. It felt far more like an attempt to mask a deep-seeded insecurity.
Hell when that happened, my wife looked at me and said, "Are you fricking kidding me? That was stupid."

Haven’t seen it yet, probably won’t for a while
Kind of sounds like a mess from the plot I read, but I’m sure I’ll enjoy it anyway
I didn’t even watch the previews for the battle of WF

So, is Loki still alive? Because when Tony and Scott failed to get the Tesseract in 2012, Loki got it and escaped. Then Tony and Cap went to 1970 and stole it then, so I assume when Cap went back in time to replace the Tesseract he went to 1970 not 2012. Then 2014 Thanos time jumped to 2023 and meet his end, so he wouldn't be alive in 2018 to kill Loki then. So, do you think Loki is still alive? It is very possible, that Cap fixed Tony and Scott's screw up and prevented Loki from getting the Tesseract, but I don't know.

Sad but the Wakanda and Titan Battles were better than EG end battle.

People will overlook this because it was a cool way to send off Captain America but that moment kind of throws a huge wrench in the whole branching realities theory and shows a pretty big weakness in the whole time travel plot element they were going for.
Maybe we should just not take it super seriously and enjoy it as an entertaining flick, but it just seems kinda like lazy-ish writing.

It happened quickly and I guess was a slide of hand type of thing.

Isn’t Loki getting a show? They could have just created the backstory for a Loki show in a different universe.

Will they still do a Black Widow standalone film or is Scar Jo done?
