He’s been out on the outer rim for 10 years laying low and probably not concerned with the news. He has made an effort to never use the force to stay hidden so his senses were probably dulled. I bet he is wide arse awake now.
The Reva character is awful. The actress reminds me of the actress that played Salvor in Foundation. She was terrible too.

Off-topic, but did anyone else get get hungry after watching those first 2 episodes? 
Kenobi's living in a cave, but he's a steak-stealing mofo. And he's doing that on the line daily, I was waiting for the crew chief to confront him after awhile.

The only issue I had with the first two episodes was the God awful chase scenes. I don’t know why Disney has such an issue with that.
Outside of that, I fricking love it. The Darth Vader reveal at the end is a top 5 Star Wars moment for me

I wonder if Obi Wan makes one last ditch ever to try and redeem Anakin, only for him to realize that he really is "dead".
That thought came to me after the way the second episode ended with Obi Wan kind of breathlessly saying his name.

That's almost a given, given the dialogue in ANH about Obi Wan once believing as Luke did; they didn't manifest that in Revenge of the Sith, and for Vader to knows that, there has to be an Obi Wan redemption initiative.

The 1st 2 episodes were good, but not great. Felt a lot more disnyfied than some of the other shows.
Ewan is fantastic as expected. You can tell he really studied Alec Guiness's mannerisms from NH.
Leia chase scenes have to stop.
Reva is bad in every way. Her running across the building tops looked terrible. Maybe too old but Danai Guiria(Walking Dead) would have killed that role. I have a horrible feeling that this show is going to revolve around Reva's character arc.
Vader scene at end was awesome.

Hills and valleys.
Every scene with 3rd Sista in it is terrible. She feels like a Star Trek character in a Star Wars setting. Everything else is ok. Little Leia reminds me of Lyanna Mormont. A little cheesy but enjoyable.

She's also pretty bad at acting.
Kathleen Kennedy is such a tard, i cannot believe the board hasn;t forced her firing, or hasn't sued the president of mouse for stock losses.

The story is cool but it just leaves me a bit disappointed. Hopefully it builds. The kid scenes just seem cringe so was the random Jedi dude.

Since they so clearly advertised that Vader would be in this, I guess this felt anticlimactic to me.

I’m sure the next four episodes will revolve around Vader and Obi Wan. It has to. It’s the entire point of the show is for Obi Wan to regain his faith in the Jedi and to try and redeem his friend one last time
