Please for the love of god do not substitute Asoka for Luke in the Thrawn trilogy. I mean how much more can they crap on OG Star Wars. I love Asoka as a character, but if they do that, they may lose me forever. This looks really good but the heir to the empire reference with no sighting of Luke Skywalker is completely cringe.
How can you have Heir to the Empire without Luke, Leia, Chewie and Han Solo. Sorry, nope, nope, nope. That Timothy Zahn book was some of the absolute best Star Wars EU writing.

That's what I'm saying - he wasn't in this trailer, but they went to the trouble of putting him in the Mandalorian, so I assume he'll also show up in Ahsoka.

I agree but do not see him listed yet for the show but did see this and I assume for the flashbacks of Ashoka who her younger will be played by Savannah_Steyn

I think so. IMDB has a listing for someone cast as Ezra. Will need to go back and rewatch and see.
Also noticing on IMDB that Mary Elizabeth Winstead is listed in the cast, but without a character. I am wondering if she will be Hera (Hera's face looked somewhat familiar). Also, MEW is Ewan McGregor's IRL wife. Wonder if Obi-Wan makes an appearance in a flashback if Hayden is already on board.
One other question...right about the 43 second mark, is that the comms tower on Lothal?
