Awesome and all.
But the thing working against all Star Wars shows today, is that lingering knowledge that in a few years out from the story, you’ll have the total crap that was the New Saga with Rey and Palpatine 2.0

**Potential Spoilers**
I have some theories on this.
I think that, through the time portals that were used by Ezra and Ahsoka at the end of Rebels, that the Emperor from Star Wars: The Old Republic, and his daughter, are returning.
Plus the droid in the trailer is the one that helped younglings craft their first light sabers, introduced in The Clone Wars, but being a droid it's possible he's been around since The Old Republic.
