Short and sweet... what is the latest movie you saw in the theaters? Was it a decent experience?

G x K.

Better than expected, to be honest, but still not what I was hoping for in a Legendary monster movie.

Audience seemed to like it.

*Before this, it was Dune 2, Godzilla Minus One, Oppenheimer...

Where the crawdads sing.

It was a matinee showing with only a few people so it was fantastic!

Probably Oppenheimer

Work schedule is kind of odd where I’m stupid slow in January and February. Usually I got to the movies during the day during this time. I’ve been to 0 this year. This years release schedule was horrible. Nothing good to see during the early months.

Last weekend we watched 'Late night with the devil' and 'love, lies bleeding.' Both were good films.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Parasite, and 1917 right before the lockdowns. I was on a streak of going to the theater but haven't seen anything that can lure me back in. Maybe Dune 2.

I’ll probably only see Civil War and maybe one more.

2024 will certainly be a barren wasteland for good movies.

Going forward, maybe Deadpool x Wolverine? IDK what else there is worthwhile this year.

King Fu Panda 4. For the fourth in a series it wasn't bad. Not great either but the kids liked it.
