I don't know their financials well, but the news I've seen is more movies have lost more money in the last couple years than have made money, and there is no way they're profitable on TV production.
Their movie division is the third largest source of revenue, bringing in 9 billion last year.
TV is harder to call. Overall they are even more profitable there bringing in 24 billion. But I suspect you meant Disney plus only which is running at a loss. But from launch, Disney said they didn’t expect a profit until 2024 anyway, and they are already have cut losses in the past year from 1.5 billion in a quarter to 630 million.
They can comfortably sustain these losses forever though.
So while it’s fun to see woke projects stumble, don’t let it delude your thinking that Disney is dealing with ANY financial hardship as a result.

Revenue does not mean profitability.

They still are. Three of the top five highest grossing movies of this year are Disney movies. And if Little Mermaid bombs, they have plenty of movies coming out to make up for it. Haunted Mansion actually looks pretty good. I could see it exceeding expectations.

That's not just white-faced, that's a totally different person.

Looking at it again I think you are correct. Different nose, lips, eye color, and of course the skin tone.

Is this accurate?
That's essentially an entirely different person with blue eyes, redder hair, and different facial structure.

The amount of people that don’t understand this is scary.

This is kind of disingenuous. The 3 movies are an Avatar sequel and two marvel sequels.
Avatar was released in 2022 and it still has a higher domestic run so far in 2023 than any Disney movie in 2023. Guardians will likely pass that though.

Are ChiCom customers going to see this poster, plunk their money down and then Disney's girl is in the movie? Or did they CGI whitewash her in every frame for the ChiCom release?

Never seen the lead in a movie poster with her back to the viewer.
The Chinese flipped this US poster.

Disney in there third round of layoffs. Governor Ron is taking them to the woodshed in Florida and they keep making all this WOKE stuff. I love seeing the groomers fail.

Damn the Chinese made her look like Ariel

That is fricked lol why would they do that?

Yeah, and one of those top three is Antman. It lost money. Another is a long term Fox property they inherited and the final one is created by a filmmaker who is now heading over to Marvels biggest competitor to run their studio. Disney is doing great! Must be why their stock is so high. And they are not, not firing all those 7,000 people.
Oh, and their flagship show on D+ lost audience for season 3.
Gross is not net.

Disney is nose diving their company into the ground while Universal is not so quietly taking over.
This is glorious.

Their parent company CEO just resigned after a sex scandal. Their head of advertising just bailed to become to ceo of Twitter, which matters because she did that a day before their upfront presentation to sell advertisers on their streaming platform that has been bleeding more money than anybody else's streaming platform. But yeah, they're totally killing it this year.

Yep. I’ve been saying it until I’m blue in the face (and enjoying it every time) that Universal is going to capitalize on Disney’s missteps especially after how SMB blew up. I believe they are going to build a cinematic universe around Nintendo/SMB that will fill a void Disney is leaving behind.
All of the same 80s kids that desired quality Star Wars content will gladly accept quality video game based content around the Nintendo IP… it’s all the same people, and more…. Their kids/grandkids.
Universal/Nintendo is sitting on a gold mine and I’m happy to throw my part into it.
