Premiers tonight 8/7c. Steve Harvey is the judge, jury, and executioner. You can catch it on ABC or stream on Hulu.
I know he gets a lot of hate on here but maybe we can give him one more shot. New year, new Steve.

There will probably only be one case per episode and half of it is him making fun of someone.
Also, i've never watched judge Judy or any of those shows, but im assuming she's an actual judge right? There's actual legal binding to it. There's no way someone would actually have to do what Steve Harvey decides

Judge Judy is (or was) an actual judge and they are real cases. The show trolls civil court dockets and basically offers these folks payment to come on for a binding "arbitration".

I like Steve Harvey. He doesn't take himself too serious and can be downright hilarious at times. I went down a stand up rabbit hole a few months ago and he's an all time great. I cracked up for hours.

I like Steve Harvey, but this is a dumb idea.
He isn't an actual frickin judge and he probably is gonna say a couple lame jokes an episode and not do anything else.

Exactly my thoughts. He'll also make his same faces and act surprised when they go over top with some of their issues/problems. Similar to when all of the sexual innuendos were asked on Family Feud and he acted surprised someone actually said something "inappropriate"
I can see this being good/funny for a few episodes, but he'll run similar jokes into the ground for shock
