She could be a Bond villain with a storyline of some kind of mechanism or product that destroys the structure of every woman's face in the world, based on the plastic surgery that's altered her facial structure. She looks like a victim of the Joker from the '80s Batman movie.

He face is distracting. Last weeks southpark episode the woman from Homeland security with the hacked up face. Really that should have been Sanchez.
