"Set in a world inhabited by anthropomorphic elements of nature, the story follows fire element Ember Lumen (Lewis) and water element Wade Ripple (Athie), who meet and fall in love after Wade is summoned by a plumbing accident at a convenience store owned by Ember's father Bernie (Del Carmen)."

Sounds dangerous. If your kids see fire and water getting along, they'll probably want to transition or, at least, quit church.

Apparently, there is a woman who introduces her girlfriend. One of the voice actors also is proclaim that she is the first "non-binary" character in a Disney cartoon. Don't give Disney money to brainwash your kids.

Yes. GLAAD is always involved in every Disney production. Stop even asking if there will be LGBTQ stuff, there will always be LGBTQ stuff.

Well the movie is meh. There is a quick scene that any kid under 10 probably won’t pick up on that has been mentioned. Just wasn’t a great movie. See if you can convince them to go see The Flash.

Bro it's Disney Pixar in the year 2023, you just KNOW they're gonna put some completely out of place and unnecessary shite in there.

Yup. Show them Band of Brothers instead. That's age-appropriate.

I am laughing so much at this comment.

Yes, encourage them to give money to an actual groomer, who also identifies as non- binary.

What is this stupid comment?

You might at least inquire how old the kids are first.

I find it interesting how I see people on here clutching their pearls about things like "homo virtue signaling", as if their kids are made of fragile crystal, but then will think nothing of showing them extremely violent fare.

We use to raise strong kids in this country. Now we fret about anything that may harm these little delicate flowers.

Bring your kids to see the movie. If there is “woke homo virtue signaling”, address it and move on. Or don’t, they’re your kids, figure it out on your own.

Or don’t bring them. Nobody really cares.

I’d enthusiastically show my kids a video of big scrub tx getting beat down at sonic so they learn one of life’s great lessons

I find it interesting how fixated some people are in here about making sure kids are exposed to LGBTQirjfbwi content.

Is it filled with it? Is there a chance a single character might possibly be gay? Yes, that is possible.

You better hurry and catch it in the theater before it’s gone.

Just took our kid to see it.
Yes.
The whole premise is the fire people are like black people and the plot is centered around a mix-raced couple, fire and water. Plus two lesbos at dinner.

You can see the old Disney in trying to make a feel good story with a happy ending but they’re currently too woke to get their message across to normal families which make up the overwhelming majority of our country.

wouldn’t want them seeing a movie that’s problematic.
