How easily do you fall asleep in the movie theater?

Spin-off from the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood thread...
For me it's usually a conscious decision to become unconscious. Taking the kids to see a Digimon movie or something that I have no clue about, I'd knock out pretty fast. Nowadays I have to really be disassociated from the film for me to want to lean back and close my eyes (and that's very rare). If I start to doze off unintentionally, I can usually catch myself and wake up.
My wife is borderline narcoleptic when it comes to movies. She fell asleep in the last Spider-Man.

Usually when that happens, people are either dog-arse tired or they get low blood sugar and fall asleep.
This used to happen to my mother. My favorite incident is when we went to see Executive Decision, she fell asleep, then wondered where Steven Segal was the rest of the movie.

I'm old. This was back in the day. I was lost from the first second of the film, so I passed out.

The only movies I have fell asleep on in a theater are
Dune, and The Bounty. I was in my teens though when I saw them. Funny enough I really enjoy both films now.

No clue as I've never tried to fall asleep in the theater, and the only time I did was the 2nd time I saw Saving Private Ryan after staying up all night partying the night before.

Had titties.
Not sure how a teen could fall asleep, not knowing if he'd seen all the titties or not.

I crashed during winter soldier in the theaters. I had a rough two days prior to that. It's not because I was disinterested because I watch all those types of movies.

I got a good hour nap when I took Tigerdeacon Jr. to see the pokemon detective movie.

I made the mistake of seeing Flags of Our Fathers in theaters after a very long and active day.
The movie is great but I came so close to falling asleep. Just the wrong time to see that movie in a dark theater.

I fell asleep during Frozen (hadn't slept the night before) and Avatar during that middle section.

I've always been pretty bad about it. Comfy seats, dark and cool room...I'm liable to nod off. Have to go get the giant coke.

with the new seats that lean back in a dark room, I have a very hard time staying awake through any movie. Thanks to TV Zion, I never go to theaters anymore!

Once but I had been up for over 30 hours and had been drinking. Fell asleep about 10 minutes in and woke up near the end

Never have. If the movie is bad enough for me to fall asleep then I will get up and walk out.

I fell asleep during Lord of the Rings, not that it was a bad movie, just tired and it wasnt really my style.
