I'm almost done with the final season and it's also pretty great.

Yeah, good luck holding a TS clearance with the mental illness she has in 2011. I am also floored by the fact that she took TS information home with her before it was cool to do so. Her dad, her friends, and anyone she was sleeping with could read TS//SI information right there in her living room.

Another funny thing is how they're all using cell phones in a SCIF.

First season is fantastic. I enjoyed the second and third as well but I stopped after the fourth.

So so so annoying & exhausting. I almost gave up on her new show, The Beast in Me, because of it.

I had the exact same reaction. It was distracting. It got to the point I burst out laughing every time she did it in the later episodes. I don't know of any other actor with a tic like that.

The first season and like half of the second season is literally the most entertaining TV I've ever seen.

Not necessarily "better" than the wire or sopranos, but more addicting and entertaining.

I think it started going downhill after they busted into that hotel room. The remainder of the show doesn't get close to the beginning.

I’ve only watched the first episode of the Netflix show so far, she gives me anxiety. She looks and acts just like she did in Homeland.

It’ll pull you in quickly.
Subsequent seasons had peaks and valleys but I watched them all and enjoyed it as a whole. Never got to the point where I had to drag myself through it like some seasons of Walking Dead, for example.

I thought that at first too... I was like she's gonna be exhausting... But then we met Dana Brody...

And after 1-2 scenes of her, nothing Carrie did bothered me again.

Was very good, then took a nosedive, then became good again, sort of.

It's typical Showtime though. If they cut the drama and twists and turns in half it would have been a very compelling show. Apparently CIA and paramilitary intrigue isn't enough, so they pile on layers of stupidity.

It did give us this Quinn monologue though

I loved homeland. It’s one of the most unique series of all time because it started off as being one of the goats and then took a big step back and then found its footing again and closed very strong

It kept reinventing itself and they did a really good job. There were a couple seasons towards the end that were just as good as the first in my opinion.
