If anything, Harry Potter steals concepts from Neil Gaiman's Books Of Magic for which he filed a lawsuit against JK Rawling and rather than hash it out in court she chose to settle up.

Just to be clear, you're comparing Young Sherlock to the MOVIES of Harry Potter, as far as looks, not necessarily the books? If Christopher Columbus had a hand in both, then duh, directors typically have a distinct look to their work.

This whole write up is such an unabashed plagiarism of a cracked.com article that just came out. I note that the OP forewent the inclusion of any citation.
Title should be changed to:

Kills wrote this back in september. It's kind of hard to plagiarize something that came out after you wrote it. As ridiculous as kills' post was it seems like cracked in fact plagiarized him.
