I love this show but this is the first episode that had me on the edge of seat screaming hell yea and then knocked down a peg a second later. It's like watching LSU football; my heart can't take the anxiety.

I think it was one of the producers they interviewed said the 6 episodes in Season 8 could even end up being 2 hours long each.

I suppose it's safe to say in this thread- this episode was better than a lot of blockbuster movies. Spoils of War was, too. As was Hardhomme and Battle of the Bastards.
I almost wish DC had chosen to make their superhero saga an HBO megaseries like this, instead of throwing box office releases that might or might not work. I think the fanbase would have forgiven some of the complaints if it was done this way.
I say that because as much as I anticipate the Avengers/Thanos showdown, this run of episodes has me that pumped up about GoT too. It's going to be a long wait for season 8.
