I think both wights and white walkers have blue eyes. I think the difference is in the way the NK turned or re-animated the dragon.
At Hardhome the NK raises his arms and all the dead rise and become mindless zombie wights.
With Craster's babies, he touches them and turns them into White Walkers with some level of intelligence and autonomy (I assume).
So which one will the dragon be?

yes the little girl in the first episode had blue eyes.
the chick at hardhomme had blue eyes.
I think any Wight that has eyes have left in their heads turns blue. Animal or person.

I wouldn't take Theon's word for that since Ghost was clearly different with his coat, was away from the others, and Theon was always a massive dick to Jon. I don't see any conclusive proof Ghost is smaller than the other direwolves.
EDIT: Before posting I wanted to make sure that my post was correct by checking the Wiki, and it turns out Ghost was the largest of the six direwolves.
