This is good. Wouldn't be able to hear any of the fricking dialogue anyways

What Bond has been really missing is some non-linear storytelling. Only brilliant movie goers understand such a deep and profound cinematic technique.

I'm not sure if Nolan is the right style for a Bons film, but to have the audacity to tell a director like him that he can't have control of the final cut, lol.

Thank god she did and it led to Oppenheimer

Chris Nolan with a blank slate is much more interesting to me than boxing him into another tentpole franchise.

I’m glad he didn’t. Bond movies aren’t my thing but Nolan is. So I would’ve been torn.

Plus, Oppenheimer was fantastic.

The Dark Knight Rises did take a lot of material from The World is Not Enough.

He’s currently shooting The Odyssey. If he were to direct a Bond film after that, the earliest it would be released would probably be 2029. I don’t see Amazon waiting that long to put out a new Bond movie.

If you’re Amazon, you absolutely talk to Nolan now and see if you can get him on board. Maybe give him an exec producer credit on the next movie, give him a say on casting the new Bond, and promise him full creative control on the one to follow. But I don’t think they will wait on him to finish The Odyssey before putting a Bond movie in production.

I’m not all up Nolan’s butthole like many but to pretend that he’s not one of the greatest living British directors who can do a spy film better than 99.999% of any other director that has been or ever will be is next level up your own arse.

I may be missing a reason why Guy Ritchie isn't being given the reigns

I have never seen a single Bond flim, but I would definitely see a Bond film if Nolan was involved.

No faith in Amazon. Going to have a bunch of spin-off series

Just let Matthew Vaughn take a stab to see how utterly ridiculous it'll end up.

LOL. I would love to see Quentin Tarantino do a Bond movie. I think he would nail the playboy tenor of the series, and I want to see James start dropping fbombs left and right. H would probably write a great villain too.

I'm not a QT fan but, I agree. He would do Bond justice without all the SJW trappings that have plagued modern movies.
