Can we start a yearly Harry Potter thread which dissects the logical fallicies?

Started my yearly rewatch tonight as a tradition but my god the lack of logic is funnier every year
Imagine your first year of school your teacher tells you not to go down a corridor as it will lead to a horrible death, and everyone just accepts it. Not to mention there’s nothing stopping you from going in said corridor.
They teach first year wizard/witches how to fly on a broomstick by just letting them go. No slideshow first, no film study, just grab the stick and go. I expect there are multiple deaths every year from student flying up 1000 feet and falling.
What are some other classic logical fallacies in the Harry Potter world?

Multiple kids would die every quidditch match
Kids would inflict spells on each other every damn class
Oh and btw, detention sends you into the dark forest where you can be killed by a werewolf, giant spiders, or centaurs

Plus, in real life, it looks kinda lame:

The stop watch in movie 3
The fact that the best quidditch player was 11…playing with 18 year olds at the time.
Ron wearing second hand robes when he could have just made new ones with a spell.

To be fair the seeker role in quidditch completely ruins it as a sport. Go find the fast shiny thing while everyone else plays a more interesting sport.

The centaurs will just rape you and send you back
Ask Dolores

Can you people disconnect from reality to enjoy a fantasy story from time to time?

despite the existence of squibs and mudbloods, the ministry of magic still has Arthur Weasley in charge of finding out how Muggle technology works

Hermione and Ron made no sense and should have never been paired up

Every wizard fight they should have hired professional muggle mercs. Just imagine what a hidden sniper or two could have done at some of these battles.

They start Hogwarts at age 11. Do they not go to school before that?
Do they ever learn math or English history or literacy?
Surely someone has seen kids run into a wall at the train station. No cameras
Do guns not exist in the magical world?
Why is their a lined field in quidditch

Harry is the best seeker ever at the school. Why is he never guided into going into that professionally

Talk to me about the supposed reasons why some of the magic itself was internally contradictory. TIA

Why does Harry wear glasses? Could he not whip-up a spell to correct his vision?

The whole money/economic system for magical beings.

It’s weird to me that important, probably highly secure institutions like the Ministry of Magic and Gringotts don’t check for poly juice potion. Harry and his friends got into both using it and their IDs were never verified.
Also, potions like liquid luck seem like they would be the most valuable thing in the world.

It would be as if Joe Burrow went into accounting after his time as quarterback at LSU. Nonsensical.

There are plenty of issues in HP, but some of them can be solved by seeing wizards essentially as a different species than humans. Their desires, cognitive abilities, and ambitions are different than what we’re used to.
So Weasley trying to figure out “muggle” technology makes sense if wizards can barely understand it. Even a person explaining it directly would sound like gobbledygook to a wizard. It’s like Arthur is in charge of a translation department trying to explain complex tech in magic terms.
The reason why there’s not a major issue with guys raping girls using magic spells is that wizards don’t think about sex the same way we do.
It helps wave off some of the obvious fallacies if you look at the world of HP that way.

Sorcerer's Stone - the best wizards that exist in the wizarding world design a series of magical traps that were easily foiled by three sixth graders on their first try with lessons they actually learned in class that year - in the sixth fricking grade.
