Best Horror Movie of All-Time Tournament: FINAL FOUR!! (Voting Closed)

It's final four time baby! This board is obsessed with chalk, because for the first time ever in our 10+ years of doing tournaments, we've never had the final four be all four #1 seeds.

Elite Eight recap:

- #1 The Exorcist vs #3 Nightmare on Elm Street was a blowout. Nightmare called it quits halfway through once they were down 40-5. It was ugly, and not a respectable showing from Nightmare.
- #1 The Shining defeats #3 Texas Chainsaw massacre 65-49. Shining took an early lead and every time TCM tried to claw back in it Shining would make a run.
- #1 Halloween beat #2 Alien in a close 62-53 victory. Halloween took an early lead that was just too tough for Alien to come back from.
- Our closest matchup was #1 Jaws vs #2 The Thing. The Thing looked like it was going to cruise to victory after being up by 8 points about halfway through and even up 5 late in the game. But then Jaws showed why it was a #1 seed and made a big comeback to win 59-55.

The Elite 8 had almost 100 votes fewer than the online poll itself had in the previous rounds. Tells me that we probably had some voting quite a few times online despite asking not to. Probably have to do away with the poll and go back to our old school ways next tournament. But we press on!...
