If you want a twofer, Dennis Hopper and Christopher Walken in the Sicilian scene from True Romance.

Liam Neeson is the king of 5 to 10 minute appearances in movies.

I would agree with you sir, because that is one of the best performances in history of cinema
But I was looking for more of a less than five minutes of screen time

Robert Duvall was on screen for less than 18 minutes in the 2 & 1/2 hour Apocalypse Now and walked away with the Academy Award for Best Supporting actor. He is the most memorable thing about the film.

Anthony Hopkins had 16 min of screen time in SOTL and yet Dr. Lecter's regarded as one of the most revered villains in cinema history.

Beatrice Straight won an Oscar for her role in Network. She was onscreen for about 5 minutes.

Jack Nicholson deserves a mention for his role in A Few Good Men. He was paid a small fortune for only 10 days of work.
