Strangely, I'm ok with this. Its a better fit. Style wise, than Westbrook. The pick is a nice bonus. That said, I'd still rather trade Harden as well.

Agree with all of this. At least maybe we will get some country arse wall

I guess Wall + DeMarcus gives CC a pristine pair.

Ummmm you have Wall

Not defending him, but I watched Westbrook in the playoffs. It was...difficult. And not because of any physical ailments. Like I said, I'd rather trade Harden. But a pg with even a smidgen of playmakiing ability, or at least guaranteed to be on a bench due to injury, is a better bet than Westbrook trying to "athlete" his way through every game that matters.

I guess so. John Wall is more efficient then Westbrook i guess although his contract might be worse.

At least Wall can shoot.

I don’t think it’s really meant to work. As a Rockets fan getting some sort of asset for Westbrook is a positive for me even if it’s tied to the Wall albatross.

You're letting a hurt westbrook who was coming off covid cloud your judgment. Wall was never close to the player westbrook is and was and thats before the injury. Wall hasn't played in 2 years but for some reason houston fans think it'll net them a better result than westbrook. This is the rockets throwing in the towel Harden probably will be traded soon.

Every positive opinion on Wall is from pre Achilles. Even then, Wall was not a top PG in the league.

Flex to the left, throw some money out your pants

Do it for the city, do it for the fans. If you ball like Wall everyone do the JOHN WALL, JOHN WALL, JOHN WALL

Wall literaly has the worst contract in the NBA

Tobias Harris will earn $149 million over the next 4 seasons and he’s never been an All-Star or all anything.

That’s not even getting to the contracts that Chris Paul, Andrew Wiggins, and Al Horford have.

About to?

No, Wolf. You run off Morey after the moves and commitment he made to the franchise, you deserve the incoming dumpster fire. I have no illusions otherwise. We're already there. But I can't just become a front runner like certain other posters, so I'll roll with the shite we put out there. Though, it pains me to admit, I actually like the kid that replaced Dirk as the man in Dallas. And may actually have to cheer for them. Quietly, and without passion, of course. But I have their channel and will likely use it.

Certainly not as bad as the Wall contract.

Wall was paid $38MM to sit out a year and has 3yrs/$132MM left after an achilles tear. It’s pretty awful.

For anyone wondering what John Wall looks like now after his injuries, Bradley Beal said he’s looked incredible. So who knows.

This. I hated the Russ move from day 1. Would have kept CP3 with 1 less year and the picks. You have to think that Russ move was all Harden. Morey knew it was shite and bailed himself.
