mike macdonald (seahawks HC) was the DC of UM in 2021, and installed the Ravens' scheme. that defense held Stroud, Olave, Garrett Wilson, and smith-njigba to 27 pts
the next two years, we hired Jesse Minter from VAndy, who ran the exact same Scheme. Held CJ stroud, Egbuka and Harrison JR to 23 pts in columbus, and 24 pts last year
and this year (2024 technically), we had Wink Martindale as DC, the originator of the Ravens' defensive scheme, and held this same offense to 10 pts
there is DEFINITELY a method to the madness. obviously, we had some great players, especially at DL this past year, but there is a way to beat them systematically

Michigan done pissed off Ohio State, now everybody else is left to deal with it
Oregon doesn't have the defense to stop them. Penn State isn't stopping them or scoring on them.
Texas and Georgia, maybe can slow them down...don't know how much those offenses will score on them.

I don’t think anyone can hang if they play like this. UGA D may be able to slow them down some but I don’t think they can score in them.

It's kinda funny how Ohio St won the first 4 team playoff when they wouldn't have made the BCS, and the way they're playing now they're gonna be favored to win the first 12 team playoff when that Michigan loss would have kept them out of the 4 team playoff.

Texas’ D gave up 500+ to Arizona State today. If this tOSU team shows up at the Cotton Bowl, I can’t see Texas stopping them.
