I believe he was taking her picture, which is much easier from the front.

He then drew his weapon when she refused orders to get out of the car and began to accelerate the vehicle.

He attempted to get out of the way but was struck on the left leg by the car.

I believe a vehicle can be legally classified as a lethal weapon and thus justify the use of lethal force to hinder or impede its use and or its driver

Luka leads the league in FTA per game because he plays for the Lakers. He drove to the basket in Dallas just as much and wasn't rewarded for it.

I mean he's even in LA because the NBA put him there.

A Laker and Dodger fan complaining about OKC getting help. You've got to be kidding me. What a timeline.

Alabama didn't just "lose" the game today. They were non competitive. They didn't look like a great or even good team. They were destroyed.

They looked great in the win over Georgia...back in September.

They have not looked like a playoff team since that day.

And I'm no ND fan. But they played the schedule they had and dominated everyone since the opening 2 losses by a combined 4 points to 2 playoff teams.

They ran the table against a mediocre schedule...winning each game by an AVERAGE of 30 points.

And that 3 point loss on the road to Miami looking more legit now.

Plus a 1 point loss to another playoff team.

Been declining the entire 2nd half of season. Got in based on rep and $.

IU is a really good team but Bama simply doesn't belong.

ND deserved that spot. That is painfully obvious
