Tulane already played their last "home game" in the Superdome. Their home is now Yullman Stadium.

Last year was one of the better attended non BCS bowls. I expect more of the same with this matchup. Darkhorse candidate for being one of the better games of bowl season

Only if they win and bring a good crowd. If we win and the crowd is 80% red, I don't see how that helps Tulane.

Oh for sure, local kids flock to the New Orleans bowl to watch quality teams duke it out.

It could help. But it could just as easily hurt y'all if we bring a noticeably larger group of fans and if we beat y'all.

when the recruits see all of the hot, moderately obese, daisy duke wearing trailer sluts from lafayette, they'll all go to ULL

UCLA in the Rose Bowls, the U in the Orange Bowls, Boise in the Boise Bowls. Probably happened a dozen or more times since the 80s,

hawaii usually gets one when they qualify

but yeah, the NOLA Bowl had this pairing in mind when it started... i say 48k from last year is topped... maybe up to 60k since all the Tulane people will come out

Its tulanes home stadium (at least in 2013) but ULL will have the crowd advantage. So its definitely not unfair.

That'd be cool. We haven't played a complete game in a while. Hope Matte Haack's brother is good.

Tulane for the non-LSU Louisiana sweep. AKA 2nd best in the state.

Wave took UL-M to the woodshed. UL-M took UL-L to the woodshed. Therefore...

Yeah, fractured bone somewhere in his arm. Supposedly had surgery on Monday. Hud said he'll be back for the Bowl but Hud is full of shite a lot of the time.

Should be fun.

The Tulane defense is the real deal, just need the offense to make a few plays and not turn it over.
