Because people can't keep secrets. You're alleging a conspiracy that would require hundreds, if not thousands, of participants.

It would also require multiple people with 8-9 digit net worths to commit a felony for no major payoff.

Not fixed, just Stafford not stepping into the throw and air-mailing it short.

This is the same board that thinks the 2019 NFC championship game was completely legit

Do y’all think the 49er/ram game ended like it did on accident???

If it was some grand conspiracy to keep the Saints out of the playoffs, why didn’t the Rams just let the Niners score a TD on their OT possession? That would have ended the game right then and there.

Raiders-Chargers game seems staged too.

Imagine if the NFL was staged.

1. Tom Brady would be the biggest fraud to ever play a sport.
2. The NFL Hall of Fame would be a fraud.
3. 50,000 Pro players would have had to keep quiet about scripted games.
4. Someone would have had to pay the Buffalo Bills mega money to lose four SB.
5. Coaches would have had no impact on a scripted game.
6. The billion dollar league would create major fraud that would be shut down if it ever came to light that games were predetermined.

If it was fixed the Saints were in on it, that’s why they let Goff hit Cooks on that deep ball before the half, why they settled for FGs after getting he ball inside the 20 on their first 2 drives. And Brees under threw Thomas for what would have been a TD 2 plays before the botched PI call. And definitely in on it when the Saints let the Rams complete passes of 19 16 and 7 yards to get into FG range after taking the lead with 145 left

If you were going on fix a game for one team to win, would you wait until the team you wanted to lose was driving in a tie game and have the refs blow a call which lets them kick a go ahead a FG

It was a awful call but the game wasn’t fixed

Stafford under threw it.

Stafford sucks is what happened at the end of that game. But to your point, you'd have to be beyond naive to not know that a billion-dollar a year industry isn't "controlled" by those who would profit immensely.

I mean what other billion-dollar a year business do you know of that just sits around and hopes for the best instead of actively controlling it for maximum profit?
