Regardless of your position, it's obvious TW was lying about a marshall telling him Sergio had hit. Had he really thought that, he wouldn't have tried to quieten the crowd and point in Sergio's direction.

And FWIW, I could care less one way or the other, I'm not pulling for either of them...

he really doesn't. he's going to beat Sergio over the last few holes tomorrow and end up in the last group with "some guy" and be on his way to earning his next Players Championship.

Garcia is a pure a-hole. A few years ago while playing in the Byron Nelson he was calling the person they provide for assistance to players asking for alcohol and food deliveries in the middle of the night. He complained to the tourney people about it later after that person refused to take care of his late night needs. He and his minions also trashed the rental property he stayed in.

I've never been a fan of Sergio. I remember a few Ryder Cups ago when he was playing a singles match against Anthony Kim. He was in an awkward lie and is was questionable as to whether he should get a drop. He asked Kim, who looked at him; shrugged his shoulders; and said, "whatever". I think Kim won the match 5-4.

Tigers response was great

Sergio is a bitch.

I don't understand why tiger would do that on purpose. Just think its something that happened.

Exactly.

Highly doubt Tigers thought while he was in the woods was "I'm gonna grab a wood at the perfect time to make the crowd cheer during Sergio's backswing. That'll show him. "

Mostly because it's something that tiger typically does.

Players have been talking about that stuff for years.

Maybe it wasn't on purpose, but it's hard to believe that it wasn't. And his reaction to Sergio's comment makes me think he knew exactly what he was doing.

1) sergio shouldn't have stood over his ball so long

2) the noise was being made long before his shot. so if he was worried about it, he should have backed off.
