Tiger typically grabs a club to make the crowd make noise during a backswing? One where he can barely see his partner?
Gimme a break.
Gimme a break.

link to anyone ever mentioning anything about this...ever?
They were just talking about it on the golf channel.
I had just finished saying it to my gf then they mentioned it.
Call it gamesmanship, some people probably love him for it. It's just a different mindset, I don't like it in golf but love it in other sports. I won't argue whether it's wrong or right.

That's not at all what they were saying on Golf Channel.
They said Figjam had accused Tiger of clubbing down to throw people off, walk slow, and not putt out.
Nothing about noise in a back swing. And didn't mention anyone else making these complaints.

I didn't mean he does that exact thing, but he typically does little stuff like that to bother his opponent. Tries to get in their head.

Who else has said this besides Phil?
And that's different than intentionally causing noise in a back swing.

I don't remember all those that have talked about it, but they've talked about it for 15 years.

Watch weekly and haven't heard people complaining about Tigers style or pace of play.
Even so, that has nothing to do with what Sergio was whining about

Its weird that you watch weekly yet have never read anything about this.
And fwiw, if I'm playing a normal friendly round, I don't pull a club out of my bag once someone is addressing the ball. Just common courtesy. I guess that's too much to expect from tiger.

It's weird you can provide no links.
50 yards away? He wasn't even looking at Sergio. You honestly think he walked to his bag to pull a club out purposely to incite a crowd response?

Sorry I'm not willing to go find links from golf digest and other magazines over a 15 year period. It's weird you've never heard any of this.

Well shite, if he wasn't looking...

I have been Googling and nothing of this common knowledge is found on the World Wide Web.
How can you say he did it on purpose when he wasn't looking to see if Sergio had addressed or hit the ball? Hell. Tiger said that a marshal told him Sergio had already hit.

Tiger was fifty yards away. The noise started well before sergio went into his motion and he had plenty of time to back out of his swing.
Sergio is just a bitch. A choke artist bitch. Im sure Tiger uses some gamesmanship in some matches but who cares. Its a game that requires focus and if he can do it and abide by the rules then more power to him.

I'm sure he does.
I've just never heard anyone else complain about it but Phil. But apparently everyone does.
And gamesmanship and little tricks like that are different than purposely trying to make noise in a backswing.
But yeah. Sergio is a bitch.

If Sergio pulls out a club in the same situation, Tiger bitches about it as did Sergio. Tiger is steady complaining about ANY little noise while he is trying to swing......

Tiger would have backed off and waited for noise to quiet. What Sergio should have done. Noise started well before takeaway.

And honestly, it's not like Sergio came out raising a fuss. The media asked if tiger did something and Sergio said it was unfortunate.

True that, but I promise you tiger does not swing like sergio with all that noise going on.
