Friday while joining NFL Network’s Total Access Owens opened up about his feelings on Romo calling out plays in the booth. He’s impressed with Romo’s work in the booth, but wondered aloud why Romo was able to read defenses but not execute against them while playing.

“It’s one thing to call the game in booth, and actually be in action, and recognize those coverages, access what’s going on. But I think again, you have to deliver the ball accurately and decisively. And I think that’s what makes him great in the booth as opposed to what he did on the football field.”

“He had situations where he always threw interceptions late in the games. So again, it’s about decision making, it’s about how accurate and where you throw the ball.”

Of course not. In the booth, you have a great view of the entire formation and you don't have to worry about getting hit.

So, is Terrell saying if we could find a QB that is 63'9" tall he would have a huge advantage?

I feel like most people know this. It’s significantly easier to see the whole field from the booth than it is from behind center.

That's why he was top 5 in game winnid drives and fourth quarter comebacks while during his years in the league

Would a man that is nearly 64 feet tall even be allowed to play sports? I mean, they'd have to worry about him crushing people by stepping on them, right?

And there is no way anyone would even be able to tackle a 64 foot tall man, so he could score on every play and make the entire football season useless.

So if some guy did happen to grow 64 feet tall, they'd have to prevent him from playing for safety reasons.

Crazy hearing that hot take from TO when he played with the man.

Dude is a couple of tacos short of a Fiesta Platter.

Yea I would say that would be true of any QB. Who here thinks that anyone would be able to read the defense from field level behind an OL & DL better than they would up in a press box looking down on the field?

Shhhh. This goes against the retarded narrative that Romo was what was holding those shitty cowboy teams back.

And all TO had to do is run his route and remember plays going to him...because lets not act like he cared if it wasn't a passing play to his side of the field.
