In season three of Chad powers he can just drop the charade and no longer need to pretend to be Chad powers anymore.

He’ll just be eligible

This is because the NCAA tried to screw the 2022 freshmen class by instituting their 5 for 5 bylaw after these guys left school.

Your crazy if you don't think this will continue to happen moving forward.

Next year some players will go pro after their 4th year, not make an NFL roster, and try to return for their 5th.

We now have an August transfer portal - and it's going to be here to stay.

I believe only the players that are eligible for 5/5...

I mean, if...for whatever reason...Matt Stafford was cut - he cannot go back and play in college.

That said, who knows how a judge would rule these days if he tried.

I don't really hate this scenario.

We’re a few weeks away from a school sending cash considerations to an NFL team for some jabroni practice squad player

The NFL probably will though, since it now cuts their access to cheap depth chart / practice squad guys.

"College" football is dead. This is now the NFL Minor league.

Have any of those "NFL" players actually played in a regular season game?

As 5 for 5 states, this is only a one year scenario. Anyone older than 24 years old is ineligible

Texas just had a player ruled eligible from a completely separate judge. "One" activist judge? Wtf are you talking about?

Soon there will be no transfer window. Why does the NCAA tell an employee when they can seek employment.

No the NCAA granted seniors from last year an extra 5 th year.

But did it very late in the process which prejudiced these kids ability to decide whether to stay or go.

This is all absolutely stupid.

They’re not even trying to “play school” anymore. Any university with integrity would tell them to go sign up for CFL.
