Random Louisiana High School Football Legend Thread

I always enjoy the threads where people just post random nostalgic sports figure’s names in a thread.
Similar to Al Bundy at Polk High (once scored 4 touchdowns in a game versus Andrew Johnson High School) - let’s pay respects to Louisiana High School Football Legends that are still talked about for what they did on Friday Nights more than what they ended up ever doing on Saturdays or potentially Sundays that could bring back some nostalgia:
I’ll start with three names that I will never forget for the rest of my life:
Arnaz Battle (Byrd), Adam McConathy (West Monroe), and Jamaal Fobbs (St. Augustine).

The entire 1993 Central High Varsity team. They went 0-10 and lost 84-0 one night to Broadmoor.
Luckily, Leo McClure and his boys brought us back to respectability.

Random but anyone remember seeing Wade Richey kick at Carencro?
They played Barbe and he came in with 1 second left before half for a 65 yarder. I was confused on what they were doing and we were laughing. He ended up hitting the crossbar- no good

Jared Mitchell at Westgate was the best player on any field he stepped on in high school, but unfortunately the opponent usually has the next best 22.
Same can be said of Early Doucet at St Martinville.

Nilo Silvan - brought St. Paul’s football to relevance for one to two years at a school that traditionally sucked at football. Still holds the 100m and 200m at the school, went on to play at UT when it was dominant and played a few years in the NFL
