I think kobe goes to a different team after this season if Lebron decides to go to the lakers, which is the lakers dream scenario. They won't be able to afford both and build a championship roster, plus basketball wise it wouldn't really work

Nope teams are locking up their young superstars earlier with long term contracts. Two organizations that can afford to pay each of them, they will remain with their clubs.
Doubt either become Hanley where they became ineffective early and get traded. They could do like Albert and move on at 30 from current club but I believe they would stay since they are already in both major markets.
