I spent a week at Wake Forest one summer and saw Muggsy walking his ten speed. It was comical how short he was. Dude was cut.

Never forget the adversity he overcame that time his basketball skills suddenly disappeared, which remains a mystery to this day.

Muggsy still made NBA money and last I checked that brings in the gold diggers even more. Who knows, they might have even seen Muggsy as an easy get compared to the other guys.

When you’re hanging in NBA circles, being rich is the minimum. Basically being a midget still is gonna make it hard when you’re competing with people in your same field and realm of wealth
I’m not saying he was a virgin, just he may have taken a back seat to some of the top notch women in his day
Also the NBA wasn’t the cash cow it is today, his highest salary as a player was like 2.8 mil

He was a really great player. In the NBA, guys like Chris Paul are considered short at 6'0. Yet he is slightly taller than me(5'10).
Muggsy was freaking 5'3. That cant even be compared. That is the height of my freaking fiance. I cant imagine my fiance dunking on me. I dont think there would be any embarassment in the world worse than that.
