You do realize you can watch the game and not be lectured about this, right?

Well at least you admit it.

That I apply the same standard to everyone? Of course I admit it.

Can you say the same?

I am not a asterisk giver but If we are giving asterisk you gotta give one to TOR last year and the one CLE won over GSW when goat was banged up and green got suspended if you are gonna put an asterisk on this one.

If they think I'm watching 30 minutes of sport to 15 minute of lecture, they're out of their mind. If it's some 5 minute thing at the beginning of every game
You know you can just tune in at tip off, right?

A window into your thought process lol. Thanks for the projection, I’ve seen a lot of it in this thread but you’ve presented the most clear cut example.

I agree. All the people boycotting the Saints cause of Drew Brees backing down and not watching the NBA because of BLM being written on the court are sad as frick. If you dont want to watch the NFL or the NBA because you dont like their movement, fine. But if it’s because of what is being done in the OP of this thread, then good riddance. Its a sad reason to not watch the NBA, bottom line...

Welp. Looks like I won't be watching. The whole point of sports is escapism. I have no desire to watch something that I'm trying to escape.

I enjoy sports because I hate politics. NBA allowed politics to Infiltrate their product. No fricking thanks.

Nah. No matter how this season concludes, it'll have a GIANT asterisk. Understandably so.

Which is why the Clips will probably win it then Kawhi and PG sign somewhere else in a year or whatever

South Chicago should do the same on their streets.

Right?

At what point will it become a federal hate crime to not support BLM?

All this political nonsense has gotten out of hand.

Watch if you want. Don’t watch if you want. I do t give a rats arse. Support what you believe in and don’t give an eff what others think.

It’s that simple. It is stupid for the nba to do this. They will lose a lot of viewers while many of you think it will just be a handful, but it will be significant. People are learning how wasteful of time and money sports entertainment is. Many will choose to simply use their time for more fruitful things.

In the end, do what you want and shut up about bitching about others bitching. This entire shite is stupid.

Because not watching sports and getting your feelings hurt over words painted on the court is Alpha behavior.

Thought experiment: do you think the players would still play if the courts said Blue Lives Matter?
