And I will now officially not watch a single game.

The drama queen NBA stuff has been building since the ESPN contract was signed. Can’t stand it anymore

Welp. Looks like I won't be watching. The whole point of sports is escapism. I have no desire to watch something that I'm trying to escape.

They're really committed to this whole communism thing between China and BLM. I wouldn't be surprised if this has CCP influence.

The irony being Chinese people hate black people more than anyone.

Some of the country will watch shooty hoops but if you put JR Smith on the actual streets...

They could paint "frick Green Chili Tiger Specifically" on the court and I would still watch.

Lebron and cp3 could say all white people are responsible for their slave holding grandfathers and I'd still watch

I wonder if this is an attempt to prevent players from replacing their names on their jerseys lol

Was this unexpected? Even if they didnt paint the courts there is going to be a lot of lecturing and preaching of the intersectional gospel.

If anyone makes a decision to watch or not watch based specifically on this, they’re a snowflake.

Same, because I honestly don’t give a flying frick about the personal lives of athletes and their opinions on political or societal issues. If I valued their opinion, I might get butthurt about shite like that, but I just don’t, and don’t see why anyone really does

I also don’t care about the political leanings of restaurants that I frequent (as another example), they provide food that I like, that’s all that I really care about.
