Destroyed by what? I’d say they’re pretty unified

feeding them?
doing homework with them?
therapy?
keeping them away from their family and neighborhood?
I need to know now how far my social obligation takes me because he stole from the corner store.
You’re taking on the responsibility of feeding, clothing, medical and very often educational if you throw them in jail.
If you’re doing it anyway, doesn’t it make more sense to actually try to fix the kid?

Hey Malcolm, those stats are a big problem but you’re blaming the wrong group.
So brave though

The other 23 hours a day, guess what kinds counseling he would be getting? Yeah, the kind that led him to commit a violent crime at age 7
I'll pass
So send him for 12 hours a day. Do it for two or three years straight. It’s still likely cheaper than throwing a 7 yo in jail and putting him on a path to where you’d have to pay a prison to house him for the rest of his life.
I feel like I’m taking crazy pills in this thread.

I mean all he raised was 1mill that about 100k of that went to the cause of what no one knows

To directly address the "They don't do anything but kneel" crowd? That's my guess.

correct?
I think we are simply trying to corral them and punish them, then throw them back out and get upset and surprised when they commit a worse crime

Can someone post his sign that says black men commit an overwhelmingly disproportionate amount of violent crime in this country. I didn't see that one.
Using his numbers (for the sake of argument), 109 black men have been killed by police officers this far in 2018. IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY
In contrast, in just one city, Chicago, IL, 202 people have been killed thus far in 2018. 162 of the victims were black (80%). Over 75% of the alleged shooters are black. 1 person has been shot and killed by the police.
According to the Washington Post, as of May 3, 2018 Nine (9) people in the entire state of Illinois have been killed by police thus far. Of the victims -- (4) were white; (3) were black, (1) Hispanic, (1) unknown.
The narrative that murderous gangs of police roving around killing black people as the biggest threat to black males is one of the biggest myths in the US today and dipshits like Malcom Jenkins are useful idiots helping perpetuate that myth for the SOLE purpose of division.
In 2017, 987 people were killed by cops. 223 of those were black. That means there were twice as many black people killed by other black people in Chicago ALONE, than there were killed by police throughout the ENTIRE United States.

Uh no.
Locking a child in a cell with people who are even worse than the people he’s being raised by and giving him food and clothing isn’t going make them less sociopathic.

Exactly. If all unarmed black people killed by police every year were magically not killed by police, over 99% of black murders would still occur each year.

Dear Malcolm,
Your sign may be directed at our President, because of his action of rescinding your White House invite for your SuperBowl victory. I’m sure you mean well, ALTHOUGH I doubt your statistics paint the full picture. BUT the people reading your signs and trying to decipher what exactly your point is, are the people who buy tickets, pay for TV packages to see your games, buy jerseys and other memorabilia WHICH pays your salary. AND we are sick and fricking tired of you and your colleagues forcing your politics down our throats when all we want to see you do is play fricking football.

I'd move it to 10 first, but yeah I have no issues with that. McCourty is a smart guy, and I've been blown away that he wasn't given a more prominent role in all of this once it became obvious kneeling wasn't getting things done.
Hooking their wagons to Kaep is dumb. A million dollars is a lot of money to donate, but praising Castro, wearing the pig socks, and backing his radicalized gf has really turned people off him.

According to the Census Bureau, Black people make up 13% of the population. I wonder what other "facts' he hsa wrong?

Maybe Jenkins should be showing this to the politicians that handicap the intercity black population and stop worrying about the President who has very little to do with those stats.
