Depends on your views of paparazzi/overzealous fans and how they act with taking pictures of celebrities.
Walking right in the path of someone with a camera in his/her face falls into assholish behavior, IMO.

Not a fan of LeBron but I'd imagine it's difficult to always act appropriately when fans literally stand in your way preventing you from taking a step.
If this is common behavior sure, call him out. If it's a one off, no big deal.

Comparing a child fan to paparazzi is disingenuous. The kid was being a kid meeting one of his idols. His idol then yelled at him and pushed him. That's a-hole behavior from someone who has dealt with the public for years.
