The listing in that chart is the designation by attendance, not necessarily where they will play. LCA has not released anything about going back down, All the people I have talked to who have any connection say they are not.

Where did you hear that or are you simply going off the chart?

That campus looks like a prison facility.

You have to wonder if Jay Miller is lowering enrollment so they can get back to winning state titles against weaker competition.

I legitimately felt bad for those kids when I watched them play. They might have had 15 total kids suit up.

Jena? If they have 15 kids left and are 7-0 then their coaching staff need major pay raises for the job they're doing lol.

1. I saw the chart.
2. Open discussion of "going back down next year" by "fans" at the Jesuit game. School administrators were standing within earshot and didn't make an attempt to shut down the discussion. I was surprised because of the "show" they made about going 4A.
Nobody specifically said 2A that was just my dumbass looking at the chart. I have no real affiliation with the school other than attending a few games with friends.

What are you talking about? Jena probably has 70+ kids on their team. You must be thinking of Bolton who Jena killed last week. I feel really bad for Bolton. Kids quitting all year, probably the worst team in the state and less than 10 fans travel to their games. They should have just not had a team this year.

The Grove in Bunkie will be rocking this Friday for Jena/Bunkie. Will Bunkie be able to stop the Jena rushing attack with the size of Jenas line and Bunkie light up the middle and will Jena be able to stop Bunkies athletes at Qb and receiver.

HUH?

I mixed up the teams. I was thinking Sicily Island. We played both, and Sicily Island could barely field a team. But they did have one obese kid that was their kickoff returner. Kid could move!

Jena destroyed us

West Feliciana back down to 3A. Going back to a brutal district. Madison Prep. Parkview. UHigh. Definitely battle tested for the playoffs in that district.

Why is Woodlawn BR playing Catholic BR at that dump of Memorial stadium instead of Olympia stadium.

Yeah, fans are often not very well-versed in the goings-on. Knowing Jay Miller, I would say it is very unlikely they go down in football for sure. Looking on another site and asking my son, who still has connections there, there have been no rumblings at all of that. Of course, no one knows what will happen in the future.

If the school keeps growing, they may end up bumping 3A in a few years.

They have been 2A enrollment for some time now. In the past, their enrollment numbers were only limited by classroom and teacher availability. At least as far as I can tell. They try to keep the student-teacher ratio around 20, I believe.

if we are going to stay div 1/2/3/4 they need to do away with the 1A-5A enrollement and just class them Div 1/2/3/4

You broke down the what ifs perfect. How those two questions are answer will determine the game. Nothing else in my opinion.

Good luck to the Panthers and let’s hope for a Fairly officiated game and no injuries. It would be great to see these two teams make a long run in the playoffs.

Well yeah, that goes without saying. Was just curious if you had heard anything about it. Our coach even mentioned before the season that we may be changing districts

Though we did have a 9 team district in Southwest LA last cycle so why not one on the Northshore?

La School for the visually impaired. I am going to file a complaint that they can use the bumpers. Then they can field a bowling team.

My guess is that you have the geographic proximity to other districts near the northshore schools to split those district members and not have a 4-team district. I don’t think you had that in SWLA.

CHS has rarely played a home game at Olympia for several years now.
