Isaiah said he and Jordan have had dinner multiple times, even signed a pair of Jordans for his son.

Was taken back by what Jordan said about him.

Pippen painted himself in a negative light

yeah, I agree with this completely.

And Krauss was treated harshly but he's also the guy that basically ran off the greatest coach ever and punted on a chance at ring #7 because he wasn't getting enough credit

now THERE is a guy that would get destroyed by the modern day social media and player empowerment generation

Yea me too and I definitely count Charles Barkley as one of the top five greatest Alabamians of all time.

Well I haven’t and what’s funny is that you’re so reliant on a pre-programmed rebuttal that you have to use it because you can’t talk about what’s actually going on.

Lol coming from the guy who had a story about MJ being a bad dad probably memorized

You can equate Rep520 to the time Don Lemon said he wasn’t a democrat and threw a fit cause someone suggested it.

Grew up in that era, always have viewed MJ as the GOAT, also always thought not a good person.

Wish his ego would've tried on aging Robert Parish, and learned some humility when he got choked out by The Chief on the ground.

Medical Bill may have been up to the task too?

Do you think “Medical Bill” Laimbeer was playing hard or intentionally trying to injure dudes and possibly end careers?

Laimbeer was intentional, but not trying to end careers, as much as win by all means and DGAF.

Medical Bill, was MJ's nickname for oft-injured and aging teammate Center Bill Cartwright.

Damn I totally misunderstood Medical Bill. I
Never claimed to be a genius. It was a fine line that Laimbeer straddled imho.

That's the level prick we're talking. To be that malicious to your own teammate.

Driven greatness on the floor, to the detriment of one's own humanity.

It's hard to say Grant's wrong about any of this.

Really? Sounds like an angry dude rambling because he got called out for snitching

The reality is the author of that book probably had numerous teammates telling him stuff because it seemed like players didn't really like MJ much when they played with him. Time may have changed their perspective because of the success they had together, but it was probably easy to get his teammates to dish out the dirt back then when they were playing with him.

I think Tiger has improved greatly. MJ doesn't seem to have done so.

Horace Grant should make his own documentary then. Problem is nobody gives a shite about Horace Grant.

Good point. So long as you were great at something you should have every opportunity to write your own history about it. Otherwise, frick you.

There's a lot of truth here.

MJ said a line in one of the early episodes - Pippen was out after back surgery, and Rodman had gotten kicked out of the game....and MJ said that Dennis "left him out there by himself". Really? By yourself?

BS

MJ is the greatest, most decorated, most dominate athlete of my lifetime. HE was clutch in the biggest of moments and his record against Hall of Fame players and stacked teams in the playoffs is tremendous - but ....

He is a gigantic narcissist. As far as I can remember, there was serious shade thrown at every opponent AND teammate in this docu-series, with the exception of Phil Jackson.

The Pistons beat his a$$ 3 years in a row but they were terrible and undeserving champions. NO Michael, you needed Scottie and Horace Grant to mature. You needed your team to improve and you needed to make adjustments to your own game in order to overcome the 2 time champs.

The shade thrown at Scottie Pippen is repulsive. Go check out the box scores of the '91, '92 '93 and 1997 NBA Finals and see Scottie's averages for the series -

20 points, about 8 rbs, and 5-6 assists.

If we're honest with ourselves this wasn't a docu-series, but a Jordan retort to all his naysayers over the years. Pippen not good enough to win without him and weak. Rodman was a headcase he had to control. The teams they went up against were great and despite all the obstacles Jordan did it all with a bunch of guys that without him would be doing coke and walking out of practices. It was entertaining, but this wasn't a docu-series, but just Jordan saying to the Lebron who just went hero down 3-1 to an all-time great team that "I'm the GOAT b$%#h."

Don't forget "Phil Jackson was some guy coaching in Puerto Rico that nobody wanted until Michael Jordan made him a championship caliber coach."

I didn’t pick up on the “undeserving” champions thing in the doc - what did Jordan say that suggested he felt this way?

What Pippen shade? All I remember was when we refused to go back into the game, which pissed everybody off
