I think some people are confusing nepotism for racism.
Plenty of white people have gotten jobs in football because they were someone's son, nephew, or family friend.
It becomes more bothersome to black unfriendly folks when it's a black person that benefitted from nepotism.

AZ is, as noted, under investigation for major multiple allegations, money to recruits, coaches making illegal contacts, money to recruits' parents, grades given . He's going to be a serious "show cause" coach sooner rather than later.
