Billy seems like a good person and I hope he does well at his new gig.

Great video. Back when football was football.
And they didn't celebrate every fricking play like they won the lottery.
Gee I wonder why?

Wait, his name is J Batt? I already don't like him.

He was in the Rough Riders and helped capture Pancho Villa.
I didn't think Villa was ever captured??
Maybe so, history is ever changing.

Meyer’s biggest weakness was he just didn’t handle turmoil and adversity very well, even when things weren’t really that bad. And when they really were bad, you got the catastrophe in Jacksonville.
Perhaps Saban’s greatest superpower (other than being a phenomenal recruiter) was that he was the same regardless of the circumstances. Whether yesterday was the Kick Six or 2nd and 26, he was focused on the next step like nothing ever happened. Meyer couldn’t do that.
People have short memories, but when UF hired Meyer he had a reputation as a disciplinarian who didn't put of with jack shite. The Avery Atkins saga really changed him in my opinion. He was the star of Meyer's first full recruiting class at UF and the way things ended was so tragic.
Cliff's notes: He was kicked of the team after his girlfriend accused him of hitting her even though he was not arrested. Meyer said he had a list of things he had to do to get back on the team. He spiraled and got arrested 3 times over the next year and was foiund dead in his car from a drug overdose.
Looks like there are only a few possible candidates unless someone has a really bad year. The new coaches are all safe, and the only ones who are unsafe at this point are Beamer and Lebby. Some fans have a very low tolerance for losing, so one bad year could warm their seats quickly.

I know SS is still very much a fixture at Florida games and around the program. Is UM?
He has moved back to the Sarasota (I think) area to be near to family, and has been around the UF program a lot more since then.
Spurrier is definitely the favorite, but Meyer is well liked. Spurrier is an alumnus, and played at UF winning the 1st Heisman in school history, and is the all time winningest coach.
It's an interesting thought.
We really work extra hard on clock management in some American sports.
It would take so much of the modern game away if we didn't know exactly how many minutes and seconds were on the clock at the end of the half and game. It would lessen all crap we have to go through to finish a game in basketball, or all the posturing for a possible last second FG at the half in football. But OTOH, if a team was driving, would they let them finish the drive?
So many things to think about. Less commercials is good, but then they would pay less for the broadcasts, which is fine by me. They have already figured out how to weasel some extra commercials in with the hydration breaks, so they would figure out the commercials eventually.

No pressure on them. They just dribble it all the way down the right side.

We may turn it around but so far it looks like the varsity playing against the JV. I am impressed that we are only down one goal. Sorry to be so negative but man we can’t to jack crap against them to get any decent chances.
We look like shite. Get it together fellas.

I think it more closely compares to hockey, only hockey guys are not little beeches. They will take an arse whipping and get up and skate over to the penalty box without saying a word.

Sorry to offend, just pointing out that the numbers you referenced for LSU are incorrect.
Not offended at all, just pointing out that you are splitting hairs off of data that is probably not going to be completely accurate.

Was a solid RB.
His highlight run at UF. Crowd noise is nice after the 2nd missed tackle.
Also my fav throwback uniforms.

Nice round number.
I don't know what to tell you. You can contact the writer directly to challenge his numbers. Does 2,000 students make much difference when you are talking about 40k?
