This playcalling was probably putting up 50 on ACC defenders playing coverage 5 yds from the receiver.

Not really. Their defensive line is good enough to make it difficult to run up the middle and they've got the team speed to hit the edges.
And Marshall is inconsistent as a passer.

Yes, but FSU play calling becoming very predictable while their qb is also staring down their receivers. Plus, their receivers aren't exactly running very good routes. Which means that Auburn will get a pick soon.

What's with the bunch formation out of shotgun. I haven't watched all of FSUs games but those I have watched seemed to be more spread or a 3 wide set. Confused.
