Wasn't Camden Yards the original of new builds?

You are correct, Baltimore 92' and Cleveland 94' were the two stadiums built in the 90's that kicked off the new building boom.

I actually like that there are huge parking lots and I don't have to pay $50 to park in someone's front yard, worry about parking in a no parking zone in the middle of a downtown business area or have to take a cab or shuttle into the stadium.

Favorite: Wrigley Field. The bleachers were a blast and the neighborhood before/after the game was great. Easy transportation on the train from downtown Chicago.

Least favorite: Whatever they are calling the Houston Stadium now. Nice enough, but felt like the game was being played in a sterile shoebox.

Only been to the astrodome. Had tickets to go on august 19th to Minute Maid park when I turned 25 for my birthday but they struck and couldn’t go.

favorite is San Francisco's park, was AT&T at the time, not sure the new name.

Fulton-County Stadium in Atlanta was the worse.

Safeco is the most underrated park I've been to.

Seriously though, Petco Park in San Diego is absolutely ridiculous. From the nearby bars and restaurants, the weather, the views, the design...the "scenery"...its pretty much perfection.

no i like the fact that theres not really a bad seat in the stadium, theres good amenities, and the atmosphere is usually pretty good (at least it was for the games ive been to). There could be better scenery around but if you took that park and dropped it somewhere there was scenery and bars/restaurants around it would be a top 5 stadium in the league.

Yeah Safeco is #1, Kaufman is low on the list, I agree with others, I just don't like stadiums in the middle of parking lots.

Least - Candlestick Park. I only caught one game there but I was under the upper deck in the shade and the wind was whipping so I froze. All I really remember about the game other than it was against the Phillies featuring Dale Murphy.

Kind of a cop out for favorite, but West Palm Beach Municipal Stadium. When I was a kid, the Braves and Expos held spring training there. I was a Braves fan so it was great to see the players up close. Got to see Niekro, Ralph Garr, Dusty Baker and, of course, Hank Aaron.

I'm not sure why it bothers me but they sold every single piece of real estate inside Minute Maid to an advertiser. Every piece of that ballpark has an advertisement on it.

ETA a vote for Coors as a favorite stadium

Tropicana is about the worst in any sport.

The stadium itself is actually pretty good after the renovations, I actually think its more on the underrated side.

But the lack of atmosphere, being in the suburbs, and surrounded by parking lots are big turnoffs.
