This doesn’t help his case at all
of being a creep no. Of having sexually assaulted this specific lady. It will help if true.

With that being said, that's only 1/1000 women accusing him.

So he’s not denying that Deshaun was getting massages from these women. He’s not denying that they did sexual stuff.

He’s claiming that at least 16 of these women are part of a scheme to blackmail him so that they don’t reveal the “embarrassing” consensual sexual things they did? Really? Didn’t Deshaun contact these women independently? Meaning, none of these women know each other. How are they part of a scheme?

Sorry, but I don’t buy that at all.

Makes me wonder how wise it is for him to have a criminal defense attorney handle his civil cases

I’m pretty sure his lawyer is the same one that Roger Clemens used.

Idk if this is related to this particular story or not, but I saw this on ESPN earlier and i thought it was too funny not to share.

quote:

With the number of lawsuits against Deshaun Watson reaching 16 on Tuesday, the quarterback's lawyer, Rusty Hardin, said in a statement that his law firm has "strong evidence" showing that one of the lawsuits alleging sexual assault is false and that it "calls into question the legitimacy of the other cases as well."

So what I'm gathering from all of this is either Watson is a sexual predator or the Texans are literally the mafia.

If he tries to talk about this conversation at a trial/ hearing it would be hearsay. You can't get on the stand and just spout off about what a 3rd party may or may not have said to you. There's no way to authenticate those statements and you could just be making shite up. You would have to call the 3rd party as a witness and then question them about it.

Seems like it would be admissible as a statement/admission against a party s interest.

Don't you just love the balanced and unbias MSB?

When Kraft is caught getting happy endings he is championed, celebrated and labeled a victim; heck some of you guys told your own stories.

When Watson gets caught he is a pervert, a criminal and you want to see him destroyed.

You guys literally can't be objective about anything. Are happy endings a crime or not?

If they aren't then this Jane Doe is going to unravel this entire civil suit because she has already tried to blackmail and extort Watson. In fact he could counter her charges.

If they are illegal then all if yall and Kraft need to get locked up

Have you read anything about this story and what Watson requested? The MAJOR difference here is that Kraft was paying women to willingly giving him a rub n tug, Watson was allegedly paying high end masseuses for a massage and then inappropriately attempting to get them to play with his arse and jerk him off.

So yeah...not quite apples to apples

A statement from Burney was released today by Watson’s lawyer, Rusty Hardin, who is alleging that the 16 lawsuits filed against Watson are part of a scheme against Watson.

Seems like if that was the case he should have released this statement within hours of the first accusations dropping.

Usually when people blackmail someone its because they did something and they know it and don't want it to get out.

Rarely do people pay to silence false allegations. It happens just to make it go away but people tend to have pride and resolve against slander.

You have no actual proof Watson wasn't just as consensual. Hence why hos lawyers are poking a hole in the civil suit citing Jane Doe as admitting to the consensual aspect yet want to blackmail because of the embarrassment it would cause.

You guys don't have the capacity to be objective.

The best part about this is the same people who have melted nonstop about allegations being facts just because women make them are the same ones who hop on these as if they were there and witnessed the incidents themselves.
