So do I. I’m not sure why but I believe he has a gem in him. Honestly he was a little rusty agaibsr New York but recovered, something like that will do and shut people up

Yep, but I think he has the stones to come up with a redemption game to remember.

He pitched well in game 6 in 2017, just no run support. Also pitched okay in game 6 in 2019, but again no run support.

He’s come thru other times in other games. I think he will. Also, just because he lost them all doesn’t mean the losses were all his fault. It is time. His time!

All we need from him is 6 innings with less than 3 runs allowed.

9 runs win the game tonight.

Were wearing orange. Phillies are wearing powder blues. Gotta be some kind of World Series oddity to not have a team in white or gray.

Play whatever mind games you want, JV is already in his own head

He looked uncomfortable to me in that last start and when he struggled against Seattle but I never really looked that close before or noticed it because it wasn't a big deal I guess. It will be interesting to see how he looks early tonight compared to those 2 games. It may have been normal and I just didn't notice.

So who do we trust to call a game?

The book on the Phillies is high heat and sliders. They didn't venture away from that last night. Interesting to see if they go heat first time thru then breaking ball after breaking ball fhe 2nd time thru. Didn't work for Verlander and LMJ

Hello you Homo’s!!!!!!!!!! So this is JV’s legacy game right here (yes he may have a bigger game in his future) so if he wins or even loses and Frams wins, does LMJ pitch game 7?

I'd start Urquidy. With everyone but Frambaw available.

Well the high heat part worked for JV. He went 3 innings with 3 up, 3 down.
