Idk if Elko would have any interest or not, but this chick also unironically listed Ryan Day as a potential candidate.

Yep. Any big opening, coaches use agents and media to get a raise.

Franklin was a master at that.

It all depends on how many death threats Day’s kids get if OSU loses to Michigan again this year.

The lists are the best jobs in college football not the best programs.

While improbable, never underestimate the Aggie cults ability to make fools of themselves.

Correct. Sexton just trying to shakedown A&M, again, like he did with Jimbo, and get Elko that sweet retirement buyout money.

Elko is currently in his 2nd year of a 6 year deal.

Elko's contract with Texas A&M is for six years at $42 million in total value, which boils down to Elko having an annual salary of $7 million.

How she has survived the multiple rounds of layoffs is beyond me. She brings nothing to the table and is generally wrong about most things. Not to mention she’s just a miserable person.

I have a coworker who when troubleshooting a problem will say 'oh it's definitely this' when that fails he goes to the next option'.

After like 7 different 'definitely this' he will fix the problem and then sound like Dustin Hoffman in Rainman saying 'it was definitely this'.

He isn't trying to be funny either.

So if you just keep naming things you will eventually be right and can say that you called it.

If true and Penn State is interested in Elko, who has deeper pockets? Penn State or Texas A&M?

A&M has deeper pockets, but I think Sexton is bluffing with the Penn State job for Elko.

It comes down to if A&M is willing to saddle themselves with another potentially bad contract, like Jimbo, based upon the short-term success of Elko or calling the bluff.

The result LSU-A&M game will determine the amount of pressure that Sexton is able to put on A&M.

A&M is a top job in the NIL era Yeah, agreed. Outside of schedule, its an infinitely better job than PSU

I don’t know about that. The Aggies will always be the little brother in Texas. Pedophile State is the big dawg in its neck of the woods.

I don’t know, A&M has Texas, LSU, and Missouri as permanent opponents on the new 9 game conference schedule.

If Penn state avoids Ohio State, they should generally be favored or small road dogs in every game they play. If you have an assurance from the school they’re willing to spend, I may would rather be at Penn St

I’m not sure it’s a better job, but I don’t think it’s for sure not either

Aggie is in far more fertile grounds with deeper pockets. It’s a better job than Penn State. Penn State has a better history sure well other than the buggery and all

This would make me smile.

Good for Elko, good for Penn St, and bad for Aggie.
