I’ve eaten so much crow on Daniels. So much so that my family enjoys smothered crow instead of red beans on Mondays. This is the best year to year growth I’ve ever seen. He has earned the heisman. A lot goes to his supporting cast as well. This was a very enjoyable season despite the defense.

I'd say Daniels.

Penix had too many "off games" this year. He also has a crazy support cast of WRs and a stout OL and stud RB.

Penix is a great player, no dobut, but Daniels really put LSU on his back this year.

LSU fan’s constant need for validation is something I’ve never been able to wrap my mind around. I guess it’s the insecurity, I’m not sure.

Is that your vote or just what you can't get off your mind?

Was it his 1 to 1 TD to INT ratio last night that put him over the top for you?

1) You didn't answer the OP's question
2) Stupid, incorrect post by you. Enjoy your well deserved downvote.

Anyway, Daniels by a mile.

It’s Daniels. 50 TDs in the regular season in the SEC has only been done one time before.

Would Nix or Penix improved LSU's record? No.

Would OR or WA have worse records with Daniels? No.

It's Daniels.

I knew someone would post this, but yes, Penis is clearly the winner.

If you're an Arkansas fan you've also never been able to wrap your mind around a Heisman winner either. I do think McFadden was robbed his freshman year though.

Its Daniels easy this year. Nix had his chance to make it interesting last night and wilted under pressure.

Milroe

Agree with this. Without milroe, bammer is nowhere near the playoffs and competing for a sec title. Also, milroe had a true heisman moment last week with that miracle TD.

Daniels is just a stat sheet stuffer.

Could you imagine the reactions from the LSU fanbase (myself included) if Milroe ended up winning over Daniels? OMG!
