Paul was going to fight midget gervonta Davis, and is now fighting a 6'5 Adonis ....did you need any more proof that this stuff is fake and they're just desperate for a cash grab?

sad that AJ is selling out
At least he is not blowing Puff Diddy like Mike Tyson did.

There is No Way in Hell that Joke Paul will actually fight a Killer like Joshua!! I hope that I am wrong. Like most I really want to see that clown get decapitated.

The world will be rooting for Anthony Joshua to land a clean straight right.

Quite lterally the textbook definition of it

The only way you will know that this is a legitimate fight is if Anthony Joshua knocks Paul in within 2-3 rounds. Dude was a heavyweight champion. Say what you want about his wins/losses, he was still a legitimate HW champion of the world. There isn't any scenario where Paul should win this fight. Especially since he couldn't beat Fury brother.

He might get his face beat in, but atleast he's finally boxing an actual current professional boxer. It's progress.

4+ Weeks is more than enough time to train and get in shape for a fight. He has already been training looking to get a tune up fight before the end of the year. I just cannot see Paul getting in the ring with Joshua. Cant see Joshua taking a dive. He still wants big fights and there are bigger fights to be made with Wilder and Fury. A loss to Paul and his value is ZERO! I hope this fight happens because Joshua will Murder Him and we will never have to hear about that A$$ Hat ever again!
AJ was already in training for an early '26 fight so he's in shape.
No way AJ takes a dive. His reputation is already waning due to the recent losses. He's trying to build himself back into contention and is looking for a mega fight with Fury next year.
Ngannou is an MMA fighter that's a good striker. Paul is a boxer. There's a frick ton of difference.Everyone wanted Paul to fight a "legitimate" current boxer, will they don't get more legit than AJ. He's still a bonafide top 10 heavyweight.
People underestimate how hard Paul has worked to get better; and he's gotten better. MUCH better. In no way shape or form should he last more than a couple of rounds against a world class HW fighter.
I really don't get the Jake Paul hate. The dude is doing something he loves, works hard at it, and has created generational wealth for his family. That's literally the American dream. Plus, he's put his money hes earned where his mouth is and started a promotional company with very good fighters on his cards.
I would MUCH rather see Paul fight a still active former HW champion than a woman beating midget.

He’s not going to let you blow him.

I got suckered in with the Tyson fight, never again. Screw that dude and his rigged stage show.

Seems to me Jake Paul is now entering another phase of his career.
First part was the classic heel role where he’d beat on other celebrities that didn’t have a chance. Casual public is now bored of that.
Now Jake is going to do an underdog babyface run where he will take on fighters he has no chance of beating and the casual public will tune in to either see him get destroyed or see if the underdog has a Rocky story in him.
I bet after Joshua knocks him out he will fight someone like Deontay Wilder or even Canelo. His new gimmick will be fighting as the biggest underdog now

The fights are a sham and it’s like some weird black mirror episode of social media and streaming all meshed together
I agree, but you have to admit when is the last time a sanctioning body put on a name brand fight. I dont like this but I can also give props to Paul for actually making things happen.

I just don't get how they have sanctioned the fight? Other than....it's boxing and they paid off the right people. In the Tyson fight there were half a dozen times where Tyson had an opening, almost took it, and pulled back. If you let Joshua just box, it wouldn't get to the third.
