Yep. Had to keep checking my phone while I was covered in mud from pulling some stumps up, but luckily checked as I dropped below 1000 and then I was checking out within a minute or two.

I tried to buy some from the marketplace yesterday as they had some great bargains, but none of the transactions made it through.

I’ve looked at this thread a handful of times over the past week.

I still have no idea how any value is derived from a highlight clip generally available. You aren’t buying broadcast rights. Just that single piece of digital media.

Best of luck though.

You can print a copy of the Mona Lisa at home if you want and hang it in your bedroom.

It’s a market. There is a value when you
own something and people are willing to pay for it. You don’t own the rights to the video, but you own the Top Shot moment. Pretty much in line with all collectibles.

I have investments in crypto too.

But after today I finally got a pack of these cards! I can’t wait to open them.

I invested in tons of baseball cards in the 90s and none of them are worth shite. Not even my Sealed 89 upper deck set which was supposed to be worth $1 trillion by now.

You and everybody else - it’s about the scarcity. Once they start overprinting like baseball cards in the 90s then that will happen here. But right now you have over 100000 people fighting for various moments that have a scarcity of 15000 or less so they are worth more.
