I grew 6 inches the summer between 8th and 9th grade. My son is around 4'11 in 8th grade right now and hoping he has the same spurt I did.

There was a very real and poignant part of this ending that I feel everyone getting wrapped up in everything else seemed to miss. The rooftop scene with the four older characters was incredibly well done. They all had started living their own lives and hadn’t seen each other in awhile, reflected on it and then vowed to start something that none of them could actually live up to. Just like we’ve probably all done. We love our friends we’ve met but running into our lives we have to miss future meet ups. It’s a sad reality of life and I love that scene for that.

He’s the closest Jayden Daniels clone you’re going to find. He would have led the SEC in passing yards if he started from game 1 but as is, 3rd in sec passing yards, 3rd in sec rushing yards (had more yards than Durham), 2nd in qb rating (with more than 30 pass attempts). Other than not firing Aranda what else makes you think that? I’m not saying you’re wrong as I’m not entirely sure, but I do know those Baptists have a shite ton of money they’ve donated to Baylor to build a new stadium along with renovating the entire campus. My guess is they are just playing the waiting game with the money until they know they have a proven coach. I’m pretty sure they could replicate tech’s situation if they wanted to but just don’t right now.

Even if he wasn't special needs, I don't understand what he did wrong. He set the expectation that he was taking out trash and it would take 30 minutes. He ended up pausing that to take her order anyway. So she got what she wanted, and she voiced her complaint to the manager. What else does she want? A public execution of the employee? A hand-written apology note? Free apple pie?

Isn't the better question whether the DC would want to hire their own position coaches? Is that a thing? I imagine some DCs would want people they know they can work well with.
